Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days by our manufacturing and design partners. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. Please allow for additional processing time during these periods.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for express shipping options (if available) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery Times (Direct-from-Source)
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped directly to you. Our delivery window accounts for both processing and transit time:

Processing Time (1-4 Business Days): Time required for the manufacturer to prepare, quality check, and package your order.

Transit Time (Estimated 4-10 Business Days): Time the shipment is in transit to your UK address.
Total Expected Delivery Window: Please allow an estimated 5 to 14 business days from the time of purchase for your item to arrive.
Carrier & Tracking
We use reliable global carriers, coordinated by our design partners, to process and deliver your order.
Order Tracking You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched from the facility. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Delays
Although we do our utmost to dispatch your order on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays on the part of our delivery partners.
